Practice Overview

Full-scope general otolaryngology with optional facial trauma coverage
Outpatient clinic with dedicated OR blocks for surgical cases
Opportunity to develop allergy and audiology services over time
Strong referral base with immediate patient volume

Schedule

Full-time schedule, 4.5 days per week
Dedicated OR blocks (3-4 hours, multiple days per week)
Flexible clinic and procedural time allocation
Manageable call schedule supporting work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

$650,000 Base salary aligned with 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks
$75,000 Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and more

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
