Practice Overview

• You’ll join a team of compassionate professionals at a community-based, 40-bed acute-care hospital
• Work alongside a supportive staff including medical assistants and behavioral health clinicians
• Engage with a panel of patients addressing both acute and chronic conditions
• Minimal call duty; only once per quarter, with after-hours triaged by nursing staff

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedul;no weekends
• 40 hours per week: 32 hours clinical, 8 hours administrative
• Clinic hours run from 7 am to 6 pm, offering a consistent routine
• See 18-20 patients per day in a supportive environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000 - $130,000 with additional moonlighting opportunities
• $15,000 sign-on, $10,000 relocation, and $2,500 CME allowance
• Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match

• Healthcare coverage is effective from the 1st of the next month after starting

Candidate Requirements

• Active PA/NP license in Oregon and current DEA license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NP/PA in family medicine
• Comfort with managing a broad range of primary care concerns
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available
