    We're seeking a Board-Certified Radiation Oncology Physician for an ongoing locums assignment in Texas. This opportunity offers no call requirements and a long-term assignment with the potential for incorporating telehealth days.

    Practice Setting

    • Outpatient medical setting.
    • Support staff includes 1 RN, 1 MA, and 2 office staff.
    • Handle General RadOnc cases, including conventional treatment planning and IMRT.

    Schedule

    • Ongoing need for 2-3 weeks per month.
    • Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
    • Incorporate telehealth days into your schedule (details TBD).

    Procedures and Cases

    • Perform External Beam Therapy (EBRT) using a Linear Accelerator.
    • Utilize Conventional/Conformal Therapy and Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) techniques.
    • Anticipate 10-12 patients per day.

    Requirements

    • Board Certified in Radiation Oncology.
    • Active Texas medical license or Open to IMLC Physicians.
    • ACLS and BLS certifications required.
    • Minimum of 24 months of experience.

    Credentialing Requirements

    • Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.
    • Will wait for license with an active IMLC Letter of Qualification.
