Practice Setting

  • Newly established, hospital-affiliated Family Medicine Residency Rural Track program
  • Role includes 50% clinical duties and 50% administrative responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of a resident-run family medicine clinic
  • Guide and evaluate second- and third-year family medicine residents
  • Work closely with the site director on scheduling and operational flow
  • Private office within the family medicine clinic

** Team & Support**

  • Support from two dual-trained secretaries, one RN, one LPN, and an MA
  • Dedicated residency coordinator for administrative support
  • Collegial environment with opportunities to innovate and lead

** Schedule**

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    • Potential flexibility for a 4.5-day workweek

** Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
  • 8–10+ years post-residency experience with emphasis on leadership and academics
