- Established, physician-owned ENT practice

- Potential participation in ancillary revenue, ASC ownership, and real estate ownership
- 1:11 call limited to established practice patients with no ER, trauma, or unassigned hospital coverage
- Extensive APP, nursing, triage, care coordination, and scribe support
- Approximately 22–23 Physician Assistants with independent outpatient patient panels
- Dedicated audiology department with approximately 15 providers
- In-house ancillary services including allergy, audiology, hearing aids, CT, speech, and sleep-related services
- Flexibility to build a practice in the Albany market, Saratoga market, or both
- Group-based mentorship available for new graduates
