A physician-led, financially stable health system is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, hospital-employed orthopedic group. This position offers immediate patient volume, modern surgical resources, and long-term stability in a collegial, non-trauma environment.

### Compensation & Benefits

• $580,000 guaranteed base salary

• Additional RVU-based earning potential

• $90,000 sign-on / relocation / loan assistance package

• Optional resident stipend

• 38 days PTO/CME annually
