A physician-led, financially sound health system is seeking a

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established, hospital-employed orthopedic team. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, access to advanced surgical technology, and long-term stability within a collegial, non-trauma practice environment.

• Hospital-employed orthopedic group with experienced partners

• Block OR time with opportunity to expand

• Advanced technology including Mako robotic system

• Fully staffed ORs with in-house anesthesiology and pain management

• Light call (1:4)

• Non-trauma setting with regional transfer support

### Compensation & Benefits

• $580,000 guaranteed base salary

• Additional RVU-based earning potential

• $90,000 sign-on / relocation / loan assistance package

• Optional resident stipend

• 38 days PTO/CME annually
