This is an ongoing locums need for a Board Certified Otolaryngologist in Wisconsin, offering a blend of surgical and clinic time with immediate temp privileges available to minimize downtime. With only 10 days of call per month on a 1:3 rotation, this is a flexible opportunity to focus on complex cases while enjoying significant time off.

Practice Setting
- Medical Setting: Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient
- ExpectedVolume: 20+ PPD in clinic, 30+ bed department
- Support Staff: Clinical Team, including 2 audiologists
- General Otolaryngology cases —Surgical and Non-Surgical
Schedule
- Full-time M-F, 8a-5p (Clinic and Surgery Days)
- Block Scheduling available for full-time + call blocks
- 24-Hour Call required —30-minute response time
- Looking to coverfull-time schedule ongoing in the New Year
Procedures and Cases
- Required: Endoscopic procedures, Bronchoscopy, Laryngoscopy
- Required:Tracheotomy, Head and neck surgeries
- Preferred (Not Required): Thyroidectomy, Extended parotidectomy
Requirements
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Minimum 12 months of experience required
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
Credentialing Requirements
- Current Wisconsin State License required
- Open to IMLC Physicians with a Letter of Qualification
- Credentialing in 60-90 days —Temp privileges available
