Practice Setting

• Outpatient Emergency Department
• Level 3 Trauma designation
• Average 17-23 patients per shift
• Support team includes RNs (2-4), 2 NPs/PAs, and 1 office staff

Schedule

• Only 10-12 night shifts per month
• Shifts run from 5p-6a
• Ongoing need starting summer 2025
• Choose which blocks work with your calendar

Procedures and Cases

• General emergency medicine cases
• Trauma-level procedures aligned with Level 3 ED capabilities

Requirements

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Active WI license or IMLC with LOQ
• Minimum 24 months of EM experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS

Credentialing Requirements

• Estimated 60-90 day credentialing timeframe
