Position Highlights

• Outpatient Only Practice Model: * Compensation: $650,000 base salary + wRVU production (earning potential $1M+) * Schedule: M–F schedule (4 days clinic, 1 day OR) | No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Uro Hospitalist Practice Model: * Compensation: $730,000 base salary + wRVU production * Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off coverage model
• Incentives: $100,000 sign-on bonus* Daily Work Flow: * Outpatient: ~30 patients per day in clinic + 3–5 procedures on OR day * Hospitalist: 7–10 hospital consults per day + 3–5 procedures per day + clinic follow-ups * Equipment & Tech: Full general & robotic capabilities (Olympus, Siemens Uroskop Omnia Max, Lumenis VersaPulse laser) + 24/7 IR coverage
