Family Medicine Opportunity in Yuba City, CA

Practice Overview

• You’ll join a 9-provider team including part-time internists and multiple advanced practice providers
• Primary care clinics with a focus on wellness, prenatal care, minor procedures, and patient education
• Modern facilities include birthing suites, procedure rooms, wellness and family resource centers
• 1:10 phone-only call rotation with support from APPs and low call volume

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with 4-day (10-hour) or 5-day (8-hour) workweek options
• No nights or weekends except light, rotating call coverage every few months
• Coverage rotates between clinics with a preference for Marysville; provider input accommodated
• Average of 18 patient visits/day with support from assigned MA, LVN, and float staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay model with guaranteed base salary and opportunity for annual bonus based on performance
• Up to $100K signing bonus potential over 5 years
• Full benefits include malpractice with tail, health/dental/vision, CME allowance, and 401K match
• Eligible for NHSC and California loan repayment programs; HPSA score of 18 for primary care

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Family Medicine with Obstetrics
• Open to MDs, DOs, IMGs, J1 and H1B candidates; 2025 residents welcome
• Preference for Spanish-speaking physicians and those open to long-term commitment (5+ years)
• Must be comfortable with a broad scope of care, including minor procedures and women’s health
