Punxsutawney Area Hospital is seeking a General Otolaryngologist to join its established practice as a replacement hire. The practice has a loyal patient base, strong referral relationships, and the opportunity to build and expand your scope over time.

**The Opportunity **

● **$550K base salary + RVU potential **

● Student loan assistance ● 3 clinic days + 2 OR days; **4-day workweek possible **

● Dedicated OR block time ** **

● Strong **pediatric ENT volume **

● New APP being added for physician support and follow-ups ● **240 hours PTO + $3K CME **

● 401(k), 403(b), and 457 retirement options ● 3-year contract with retention bonus (negotiable)

**Who We’re Looking For **

Board-certified/eligible ENT physicians who are surgically skilled, communicate well with children and families, and enjoy practicing in a close-knit community. New graduates are welcome if well-trained, and fellowship-trained physicians will be considered. Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
