Vascular Neurology Opportunity in Northwest Arkansas
Join a nationally recognized neuroscience program offering true subspecialty practice, autonomy, and advanced stroke care in a collaborative environment. This position is ideal for a vascular neurologist seeking professional longevity, strong support, and a full schedule from day one. Work alongside experienced colleagues with access to a dedicated neurosurgical ICU and comprehensive stroke center resources.

Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a respected neuroscience institute supported by specialists in neurosurgery, stroke, interventional neuroradiology, and critical care
  • Enjoy 1:5 phone-only call rotation with no inpatient or hospital call responsibilities
  • Conduct EMGs in-office and interpret your own EEGs
  • Referrals come from both within the system and neighboring regions; patients are currently scheduled months out

Schedule

  • Outpatient-only role with no hospital rounding or admissions
  • Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility to structure a 4 or 4.5-day workweek
  • Clinic hours run from 8 AM to 5 PM, with integrated lunch breaks and full back-end support from RNs, LPNs, and MAs
  • Daily patient volume ranges from 20-24, with 30-minute new visits and 15-minute follow-ups

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting base salary begins at $347K, with growth potential up to $550K

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be board-certified in Neurology with fellowship training in Vascular Neurology
  • H1B transfers accepted (no new sponsorships)
  • Must have experience as a Vascular Neurologist and proven leadership as well to eventually take over the Neurology department
  • Comfortable managing outpatient stroke follow-up and complex neurological cases
  • Interest in long-term practice within a highly supportive team setting
