Practice Setting

• Level III Trauma Center
• Adult patients only (18+)
• Limited robotic availability
• 4 exam rooms

Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 24-hour call coverage, flexible based on availability
• OR block: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Requirements

• Board Certified Urologist
• NY License in hand required
• Epic experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Complete CV with no 30+ day gaps
