### ### Practice & Clinical Details
- Manageable Volume: See an average of 7 to 10 patients per day. New consults range from 0 to 1 per day and are comfortably scheduled in generous 60-minute blocks.
- Favorable Case Mix: The patient panel is heavily skewed toward general oncology, typically seeing only 2 to 3 hematology patients per week. Highly complex tertiary cases and acute leukemias are automatically referred out to regional partners.
- Robust Onsite Support: Serve as the solo physician collaborating with and supervising one (1) full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP). You will be fully supported by a dedicated clinic nurse, nurse director, patient navigator, an 8-chair infusion suite, and an on-site laboratory and diagnostics team.
- EMR: Cerner Community Works.
### Schedule & Call
- Weekly Schedule: 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- No Inpatient Burnout: Absolutely no hospital rounding and no onsite hospital presence required.
- Light After-Hours Call: Phone-only call from home, averaging just 1 to 2 low-acuity calls per week or weekend.

### Requirements
- Degree: MD or DO from an accredited program.
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Hematology and/or Oncology.
- Licensure: Active Wyoming medical license OR an active IMLC Passport / Letter of Qualification (LOQ) for rapid 6–8 week state licensing.
- Experience & Certifications: Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience and an active BLS certification.
- Background: Clean malpractice and disciplinary history to qualify for fast-track temporary privileges.
Compensation Details
$400–$520/hour
