This position is ideal for a fellowship-trained General Cardiologist who values time with patients, predictable schedules, and meaningful collaboration within a well-supported, value-based care model.

Practice Details

• 100 percent outpatient general cardiology with no TEEs, STEMI, caths, or inpatient coverage
• Manage a thoughtful daily volume of 15 to 20 patients with longer appointment times
• Responsibilities include stress test interpretation, Holter monitoring, and CHF clinic support
• Close collaboration with primary care physicians, care managers, health coaches, and transitional care teams
• Strong emphasis on prevention-first care, patient education, and evidence-based management

Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule with no call and no weekends
• Predictable outpatient workflow with time for consults and follow-up visits
• Support across multiple clinics as needed
• Dedicated time for leadership development, collaboration, and care-team coaching

Candidate Requirements

• Fellowship-trained and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Cardiology
