Join an established, independent, physician-led orthopaedic group with a practice-owned ASC and immediate surgical volume.

Position Highlights

• 100% Hand & Upper Extremity Focus: 100% specialized case mix (~550 annual cases) with immediate surgical volume and built-in referrals
• Schedule & Facilities: * Schedule: 2–3 clinic days (~30–35 patients/day) & 2–2.5 OR days per week * On-Site Resources: Practice-owned ASC (90% of cases), PT, walk-in ortho clinic, and imaging * Call: ~1:5 weekend call (trauma covered 20 days/month by surgicalists); call decreases after partnership
• Compensation & Partnership Track: * Pre-Partner Earning: $500,000+ realistic earning potential via collections-based productivity model * Partner Earning: $800,000 – $1,000,000+ annually with a partnership track and equity options in practice, ASC, and real estate

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Fellowship-trained in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
