Practice Setting

• Employed position at a private practice
• Outpatient clinic-based setting with a mix of clinic and surgical days
• Payor mix consists of approximately 60% Medicare and 40% Commercial
• General Ophthalmology with a focus on cataract surgery is preferred

** Schedule**

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM - no nights or weekends

  • Flexible accommodations for a 4.5-day workweek may be available
  • Dedicated surgery day - all performed in the same building

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Guaranteed base salary range of $400,000 to $475,000, with bonus potential
