Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Dover, Ohio - PRN Monthly Coverage, 24-Hour Call

Provide PRN inpatient obstetrics and gynecology coverage with flexible monthly scheduling and a predominantly obstetric case mix. This opportunity is easy to integrate into an existing practice schedule.

Highlights:

• PRN monthly coverage
• 24-hour call shifts
• Approximately 80 percent obstetrics and 20 percent gynecology
• Level I nursery with high-risk cases transferred out

Practice & Cases:

• Inpatient coverage for Labor and Delivery and emergency department OB/GYN consults
• Solo call coverage with dedicated nursing support
• Ability to call in an additional provider for surgical assistance when needed
• Perform all obstetric procedures, with circumcisions welcomed

Schedule:

• 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• PRN monthly blocks based on coverage needs
• Call coverage with callbacks as clinically indicated
• Flexible scheduling to supplement an existing practice

Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible within 5 years
• Active Ohio medical license or active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification
• Clean name clear required for presentation

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided
• Travel arrangements are coordinated for scheduled coverage
