    Highlights

    Practice Setting

    • Level II trauma center with outpatient IR suite

    Cases and Procedures

    • Core: GI angio, embolizations, biopsies, mediports, HD caths
    • Optional: ablations, tunneled lines, nephrostomy, GB tubes
    • CT and ultrasound-guided interventions

    Requirements

    • Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
    • Active Kentucky license or IMLC LOQ
    • DEA required

    Travel Accommodations

    • Travel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
    • On-site hotel owned by the hospital; includes breakfast and snacks
