Practice Setting

• Modern facility featuring 5 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 3 birthing suites, 1 LCSW room, and 1 chiropractor room
• 1 assigned Medical Assistant (MA), 1 Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and 1 floating MA for every two providers
• Primary care cases, with optional Obstetrics (dedicated OB team available)
• Laboratory, family resource center, and wellness center

• Choose between a 4- or 5-day workweek tailored to your lifestyle * No nights or weekends * Rotating 1:9 call schedule ensures optimal work-life balance
