## CRNA Opportunity in Greenville, SC

Are you a CRNA looking for an autonomous role in a supportive outpatient setting? A well-established Gastroenterology practice in Greenville, SC, is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join their team. This position offers a unique blend of professional independence and a fantastic work-life balance.

### Practice Setting & Procedures

  • You'll be part of a private, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center where you'll enjoy full autonomy in a CRNA-only model. The facility is equipped with modern technology, including the G-Gastro EMR system and biosign monitors for EKG and CO2.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include providing anesthesia care for a range of outpatient gastroenterology procedures, specifically upper and lower endoscopies and EGDs. You can expect to handle an average of 12-14 patients per room, per day, with some double procedures.

### Schedule & Compensation

This role offers an excellent schedule designed for work-life balance:

  • Start Time: 7:45 AM
  • End Time: While scheduled until 5:00 PM, most CRNAs are done by 3:00 PM
  • No Call Requirements: Enjoy your evenings and weekends without being on call.

The compensation package is highly competitive:

  • Starting Salary: Negotiable, with a minimum base of $200,000, plus generous PRN rates.
  • Sign-On Bonus: A $10,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team.
  • Paid Time Off: 4-5 weeks of PTO in addition to 8 paid holidays.
  • CME Allowance: A $3,200 CME allowance and 1 week off for professional development.
