Practice Setting

• OR and inpatient only; no clinic
• Vein harvesting required
• High acuity CTS with transplant exposure
• Supported by 5 surgeons and experienced OR staff

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
• Call every third day and every third weekend
• Flexible for ongoing or block assignments

Cases and Procedures

• Full scope of cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery
• Vein harvesting required
• Transplants included

Requirements

• Physician Assistant with cardiothoracic surgical experience
• Active Louisiana license required
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Local and drive-in candidates preferred
