This position offers a unique blend of clinical autonomy, academic engagement, and a patient-centered care model focused on prevention and longevity.

### Position Overview

• Faculty appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level within Baylor College of Medicine
• Practice model focused on preventive and personalized care with strong institutional support
• Opportunity to help develop and grow a new concierge practice within Baylor’s healthcare system
• Direct clinical reporting to the Executive Medical Director and academic oversight through senior leadership
• Modern clinic located in a highly desirable area just north of downtown Houston
