Join a well-established medical group seeking Family Medicine physicians in a thriving community 40 minutes south of Pittsburgh. Whether you're finishing residency or seeking a new practice setting, this opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong earning potential, and a collaborative team.
Key Details:
- Outpatient-focused schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
- 20–22 patients daily with 30-minute new visits and 15-minute follow-ups
- Light 1:11 call schedule (phone consults only, no in-person call)
- Dedicated clinical support team including experienced APPs and 1.5 MAs per physician
- On-site amenities: procedure suites, X-ray, lab services, and pharmacy
Compensation & Perks:
- Total compensation target of $280,000–$300,000 with production incentives
- Generous sign-on and relocation bonus
- Loan repayment options available
- $3,500 CME allowance, 20 PTO days + 9 holidays + sick time
