  • Schedule Balance: 2 dedicated EP lab days and 3 clinic days per week, with immediate flexibility to increase lab days as your volume builds. During EP call weeks, clinic schedules are adjusted to accommodate inpatient procedures.
  • Dedicated Support: 1 dedicated EP Physician Assistant, with plans to expand APP support as volume grows, alongside MAs, CCMAs, RN/LPNs, and dedicated scheduling, orders, and administrative staff.
  • EMR System: EPIC integrated across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

EP Capabilities:

  • Lab Infrastructure: Access to 6 cath labs (including 2 dedicated state-of-the-art EP labs), a Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) with 2 cath labs, and ATRMC with 1 cath lab.

  • Structural Heart & Imaging Integration: TAVR, Mitral Valve-in-Valve, Watchman, ASD/PFO closures. Features a new cardiac MRI program and 2 hybrid ORs.

Call schedule & quality of life:

  • EP Call: Monday–Friday (1 in 4 weeks), rotated equally among electrophysiologists.
