Practice Overview
- You’ll join a busy, self-pay cosmetic surgery practice with full support from Dr. David Robbins and a dedicated team

Diverse case mix includes breast augmentation, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, liposuction, gynecomastia, and facial rejuvenation

Schedule

Full-time cosmetic surgery practice with complete autonomy over your schedule
- Ramp-up at a pace that is comfortable for you
- No ER coverage, no insurance billing, and no hospital or trauma call
- Support from PAs, RNs, and surgical assistants for pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
- In-house marketing and EMR streamline consultations, procedures, and follow-up
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary for the first two years with collections model - whichever is higher!
- Partnership with equity ownership model - $1M+ opportunity
- Percentage of collections: 35% (years 1–2), 40% (years 3–5), 45% (year 6+)
- Sign-on bonus; 6 weeks PTO; CME and full benefits; relocation assistance
Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained or experienced in aesthetic breast and body procedures
- Collaborative, patient-focused, and interested in long-term partnership
- Eligible to buy into practice equity after two years (CPP model with annual dividends)
