This full-time Family Medicine position offers autonomy, low volume, and a practice model built to reduce burnout and bring meaning back to medicine. Practice Overview

  • You’ll join mission-driven team at a newly launching Direct Primary Care clinic
  • Non-insurance, membership-based model with no billing codes or prior authorizations
  • Average physician quality of life panel 300–400
  • Panel size uncapped with APP’s to maximize earning potential
  • Scope includes adult and geriatric care, light procedures, and optional pediatrics

Schedule

  • Choose between a 4-5 day workweek with flexible hours based on your preference - telemedicine option available
  • No weekends, no hospital call, and minimal after-hours phone triage
  • See just 8–12 patients/day, with 30–60 minute visits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Year 1 minimum salary $275,000 plus your choice of two startup bonus paths
  • Tiered panel-based bonuses, with potential to exceed $100,000+ annually
  • Health, malpractice (with tail), 401(k), and paid time off included

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Open to 2025/2026 grads, in-practice physicians, and IMGs with Delaware eligibility
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with a low-volume, high-relationship care model
