Practice Details

• Join a 16-physician practice with general, interventional, and EP specialists supported by 14 APPs
• Work in a 35,000 sq ft office with extensive on-site diagnostics, including CT, echo, nuclear, vascular, and x-ray
• Access to 30 exam rooms, 4 outpatient procedure rooms, and cloud-based PACS
• Satellite clinics supported by APPs to extend regional care

** Schedule**

• Monday–Friday clinic with shared weekend and after-hours call
• Call rotation is 1:5 until 10 pm; after-hours calls are handled by a call center
• Weekend coverage shared 1:5 with APP support; inpatient service shared 1:10
• Average clinic volume of 18–20 patients per full clinic day

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Salary starts at $600,000 and increases to $625,000 after two years
• Shareholder opportunity after two years with additional income potential
• 30 days PTO initially and 40 days PTO as a partner, plus holidays
• Comprehensive coverage including health insurance, malpractice, 401(k) match, CME stipend, and home diagnostic setup

** Candidate Requirements**

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Comfortable managing a broad general cardiology panel
• Able to work collaboratively across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Interested in long-term practice within a private group
