Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient settings
• Adult patients, ages 18 and older
• Collaborative team with 1 APP, 1 RN, and 1 MA

Schedule

• Work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 8a-4p
• Weeknight call from 4p-8a on clinic days
• Weekend call 1 weekend per month, Friday 4p to Monday 8a

Cases and Procedures

• Manage a volume of 18-20 patients per day
• Providers must round on assigned inpatients
• Complete consult notes by end of day

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Ohio licensure required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ
