• 100% outpatient Internal Medicine within a well-established regional group
• Multiple clinic options, including San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Lompoc, and Santa Maria
• Optional teaching involvement with a Family Medicine residency program
• Collaborative infrastructure with strong clinical and administrative support
• Phone-only call limited to approximately four weeks per year

### Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with RVU incentives
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and $50,000 retention bonus
• Up to $144,000 in student loan repayment
