Clinic Coverage only - 7am-5pm
Urgent dates: December 30th and 31st
Ongoing 24/7 coverage starting January 2025

Practice Setting:

Hospital environment
Adults only
2-5 patients per day

Cases and Procedures:

General urology procedures are required
Manage a range of urological cases

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
Indiana license
ACLS certification

Credentialing Requirements:

Hospital privileges: 45-60 days

Travel Accommodations:

Full travel expenses covered
