A thriving physician-led ophthalmology practice in Norfolk, Virginia is recruiting a new provider to meet growing demand. This role offers an immediate patient panel, a predictable Monday–to–Friday schedule, and the chance to tailor your practice with cataract and glaucoma cases.

Position Information:

• Referral Base: Established practice with strong community ties and a robust payor mix (60% Medicare / 40% Commercial)
• Clinic & Surgical Balance: Dedicated surgery day performed on-site, with the rest of your week in the outpatient clinic.
• Flexible Schedule: Standard 8 AM–5 PM weekdays, with the option for a 4.5-day work week
• Physician-Led Model: Work in a collegial environment where decisions are guided by practicing physicians
