    Are you an OB/GYN seeking a focused, night-shift role with no GYN responsibilities? We have an ongoing locums tenens opportunity in Ohio for an OB Hospitalist to join a collaborative nocturnal team.

    Highlights

    • No GYN call responsibilities; covered entirely by private practice.
    • Long-term, ongoing need offers schedule stability.
    • Work with a supportive team including Certified Nurse Midwives.
    • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage is included.

    Practice Setting

    • Inpatient OB Hospitalist assignment.
    • Provide coverage for four private practice groups.
    • Serve as back-up OB on-call support for the practices.
    • Full hospital support staff is available.

    Schedule

    • Night shifts only from 7p-7a.
    • Consistent coverage needed for 14 shifts per month.
    • Blocks of shifts in late summer and fall are still available.
    • Choose dates that work with your schedule.

    Procedures and Cases

    • Manage OB triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
    • Oversee and collaborate with on-site CNMs.
    • Handle an average of 45 deliveries per month.

    Requirements

    • Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
    • Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
    • A minimum of 12 months of experience is required.

    Credentialing Requirements

    • Temporary privileges are possible for those with a clean background.
    • The credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days.
    • Our team provides dedicated credentialing support.

    Travel Accommodations

    • All travel, lodging, and rental car expenses are provided for the duration of the assignment.
