Practice Overview
- Collaborative Hematology and Oncology team with academic partnerships through a regional medical school
- Teaching opportunities are available for those interested, though not required
- Integrated EMR with AI-supported note generation to improve efficiency
- Six dedicated oncology navigators supporting patient education and care coordination
- Automated chemotherapy management enhancements scheduled to launch in 2026
### Schedule
- Monday through Thursday at the primary clinic location
- Friday half-day at a secondary clinic
- Balanced mix of new consultations and follow-up visits with manageable daily volume
- Shared call rotation of approximately two weeks every six weeks
- Optional procedures and flexibility for physicians joining the program
