  • Collaborative Hematology and Oncology team with academic partnerships through a regional medical school
  • Teaching opportunities are available for those interested, though not required
  • Integrated EMR with AI-supported note generation to improve efficiency
  • Six dedicated oncology navigators supporting patient education and care coordination
  • Automated chemotherapy management enhancements scheduled to launch in 2026

### Schedule

  • Monday through Thursday at the primary clinic location
  • Friday half-day at a secondary clinic
  • Balanced mix of new consultations and follow-up visits with manageable daily volume
  • Shared call rotation of approximately two weeks every six weeks
  • Optional procedures and flexibility for physicians joining the program
