We are seeking an OBGYN to join a well-established group in Oregon. This practice offers a supportive team environment with broad referral networks, and a new women's health clinic is set to launch within the year. Please chat with us today to learn more!

Practice Setting

• Join a team of OBGYNs, CNMs, 1 Women's Health NP/PAs, and locum providers
• Comprehensive midlevel support from Medical Assistants, Midwives, and PAs to enhance care delivery
• Focus on low-risk OB cases, with an average of 10–15 deliveries per month per provider
• Onsite anesthesia and NICU support to ensure comprehensive care for all patients

** Schedule**

• Standard office hours with a balance of direct patient care and administrative time each week.

  • On-call responsibilities are shared, with midwife support for most after-hours needs.
  • Dedicated clinic and OR time and manageable call responsibilities

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Competitive base salary ranging from $350,000 to $400,000, based on experience, with additional RVU-based bonuses

  • Signing bonus of $25,000 and relocation assistance up to $10,000
  • CME allowance of $3,000 plus 5 dedicated CME days

• 34 days of vacation, full malpractice coverage, and an employment model with no partnership track
