Practice Setting

• Outpatient primary care with optional inpatient rounding
• Supportive team with LPNs and CMAs

• Light onboarding and shadowing available

Schedule

• Work 32–40 hours/week; you pick the days
• Clinic open Mon/Wed 8a–8p, Tue/Thurs/Fri 7:30a–5p, Sat 8:30a–12:30p
• No call responsibilities

Cases and Procedures

• 14–16 patients per day
• Mix of acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Optional inpatient rounding on 4 patients/day
• Procedures: mole removal, suturing, IUD placement/removal, etc.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or ABIM only)
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA required for controlled substances
