## Family Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our collaborative primary care team. We have two available positions: one at our main clinic and another at a satellite location. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your practice in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

### Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of our primary care team, you will manage a full patient panel, seeing an average of 14 to 16 patients per day. You will collaborate with a diverse team of two physicians and eight Advanced Practice Providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own panel of patients.
  • Providing a full scope of outpatient primary care.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Minimizing on-call duties to only two to three times per month.
  • Enjoying eight hours of protected administrative time to manage your patient panel effectively.

### Schedule

We offer a flexible schedule that can be customized to your needs and patient demand. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible options to support work-life balance. There are no inpatient or hospital responsibilities.

  • Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience in a primary care setting is required.

  • Salary: A base salary up to $150,000, depending on experience.
