Position Highlights

• Flexible Practice Settings: Multiple clinic locations and infusion centers throughout Southern California, supported by experienced APPs.
• Predictable Workflow: Monday through Friday outpatient schedule with dedicated infusion center time and a balanced call structure.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary: Competitive base salary with wRVU performance bonuses ($650K–$800K realistic earning potential once established)

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Open to both graduating fellows and experienced physicians
• Strong interest in community-based patient care and clinical research
• Must not require visa sponsorship
