** Practice Setting**

• Medical direction in the OR and supervision in endoscopy
• Patient ages 5+; healthy pediatric patients only
• 4 MDs on staff as well as multiple CRNAs

** Schedule**

• Ongoing, full-time coverage

  • Minimum commitment of 2 full weeks per month or 3 days per week
  • Weekday shifts offered in 8- or 10-hour blocks

** Procedures and Cases**

• No heads, hearts, or sick pediatric patients

  • Common cases include tubes and dental procedures

** Requirements**

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• BLS and DEA required
• West Virginia license or active IMLC LOQ
• Minimum 24 months of experience
