• Independent, physician-owned group with ASC ownership and in-house endoscopy, pathology, anesthesia, infusion, and radiology
• Two NPs per physician providing scribing, administrative, and patient care support alongside experienced nurses and techs
• Partnership track in 1 to 2 years with a sweat-equity model and $10,000 buy-in

Schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting salary * Partner earnings of $845,000 to $1.6 million annually * $339,000 or more in annual ASC distributions
• Up to $76,000 in annual 401(k) and profit sharing
• 20 PTO days, 5 CME days with a $3,500 CME stipend

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Interest in independent private practice with a partnership track
