Practice Overview
- Join a collaborative team with 1 full-time Laborist, 3 part-time Laborists, and 5 OBs
- 24/7 support from 4 Nurse Practitioners and in-house OB Anesthesiologist
- 1,700-1,800 annual deliveries, with around 1,000 for OB Hospitalists
- Access to a 19-bed NICU and strong bereavement support
Schedule
- 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
- Flexible scheduling with group coordination
- On-call support for traditional practice OBs
- Collaborative environment with OB and Neonatology teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary: $190/hr, with extra shifts at $215/hr
- Relocation and signing bonus negotiable
- Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- CME allowance up to $3,500 annually
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Open to both American and International medical graduates
- Visa sponsorship available
- Experience preferred, but new graduates considered
