A well-established women's health program in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking an OB Hospitalist to join a collaborative, well-supported inpatient obstetric team. This is an opportunity to focus on the clinical work you love, backed by strong infrastructure and a team that works well together.
The Practice
- Collaborative team with 1 full-time Laborist, 3 part-time Laborists, and 5 traditional practice OBs
- 24/7 support from 4 Nurse Practitioners and an in-house OB Anesthesiologist
- Pediatric Hospitalists available for consults; strong bereavement support team
- VBAC and TOLAC supported; centralized fetal monitoring in place
- Level IIIA NICU with easy same-floor access
Schedule, Designed for Work-Life Balance
- 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month, scheduled with the group
- On-call backup support for traditional practice OBs
- Sleep area available with NP coverage support
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed salary at $190/hr; extra shifts at $215/hr (approximately $437,760 annually)
- Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan forgiveness; all negotiable

- CME allowance up to $3,500 annually; licensure, DEA, and association fees reimbursed
Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- American and international medical graduates welcome
- Visa sponsorship available
- Experience preferred; new graduates considered
