We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced physician leader to serve as our next Medical Director. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven organization that’s redefining inclusive, community-based healthcare in Western New York.

Position Overview

As Medical Director, you will shape clinical excellence and provider performance across our growing network. This is a hybrid leadership role with an 80/20 administrative-to-clinical split, ideal for someone who values both strategic leadership and hands-on patient care.

### Role Highlights

  • Oversee and support a team of 10+ providers, with plans for expansion.
  • Lead provider onboarding, education, performance management, and monthly meetings.
  • Refine clinical policies and procedures, conduct chart reviews, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Rotate through our other sites as needed to offer system-wide support and supervision.
  • Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekend responsibilities.
