• Lifestyle Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends required.
• Pure Consultative Model: 100% consultative; deliveries are managed by a dedicated OB Hospitalist group and private practice physicians.
• Manageable Volume: Average of 20 patients per day, including ultrasounds.

### Compensation & Financial Strategy

• Starting Base Salary: $625,000+ (Determined by experience).
