Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Premier Medical Center in Illinois

Practice Details

• The facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Strong collaboration and camaraderie among physicians and CRNAs
• Ample PTO, scheduled time off after call, and a manageable call structure
• Potential for academic and research affiliations with nearby colleges of medicine

Organized Schedule

• Daily schedules are planned two months in advance * Call is 1:9 currently

• Weekend call expected 1-3 times a year * In-house weekday call from 1 PM to 7 AM, and weekend call is 24 hours * Call supported by PRN and locums providers

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $700,000

• Current providers earn between $800,000 - $850,000 * $50,000 sign-on bonus

• Medical, Vision, HSA, and FSA options, as well as retirement plans with employer match and contribution. Malpractice insurance is also provided * Receive 11 weeks of PTO
