• Dedicated outpatient Hematology and Oncology clinic
• Infusion center based care model
• Direct infusion supervision required

Schedule

• Daytime clinic hours
• 8 to 10 hour shifts
• Ongoing coverage need
• Consistent weekly blocks available

Cases and Procedures

• 60 percent hematology, 40 percent oncology mix
• Solid tumors and malignant hematology
• Benign hematologic conditions
• No inpatient or procedural duties

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology and Oncology Physician
• Active Kentucky license
• IMLC accepted
