- Diverse Clinical Mix: 1–3 days per week of interventional cases across two hospital systems
### Schedule and Call
- Balanced Call: 1 weeknight every 7 days and 1 weekend every 7 weeks
- Hospitalist Rotation: Serve as a cardiology hospitalist for 1 week every 7 weeks, supported by 2 APPs
- Predictable Structure: Mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong APP coverage
### Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $600,000 for two years, increasing to $625,000 as a shareholder, plus productivity bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
- Shareholder Opportunity: Eligible after two years, with historical bonuses exceeding $100,000 annually
- Full Benefits: Profit-sharing 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, malpractice, health insurance, and home diagnostic setup
