• You’ll join a well-established practice with Pediatricians and 2 NPs, supported by a respected multispecialty group
• Fully independent practice model with dedicated MA, private office, and 3 exam rooms
• In-house X-ray and allergy techs available for additional income opportunities
• FMC handles billing, collections, staffing, and payer contracts to keep your focus on care

Schedule

• Set your own hours and patient volume; high flexibility and autonomy
• Guaranteed support from an NP once patient panel grows
• No call or inpatient responsibilities; strictly outpatient
• Clinic located in a shared building with other pediatric and family practices for collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary around $200K with 75/25 profit split on collections
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Income potential of $600K+ once ramped with APP support
