Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic environment
• Work alongside a supportive team including 1.5 medical assistants, 1 PA, and 2 NPs
• Provide primary care to a variety of age groups

Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday to Thursday 7 AM - 6 PM, Friday 8 AM - 6 PM
• Choose between 5 8-hour days or 4 10-hour days per week
• Part-time options available (20-25 hours per week minimum)

Cases and Procedures

• General primary care focusing on a chronically ill population
• Procedures are a bonus but not required; let us know your comfort level

Requirements

• Board Certified as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• 3 years of experience required
• Oregon licensure and DEA required
