Schedule

• Coverage includes both clinical hours and beeper call
• Call ratio is 1:4 with 100% callback rate
• Office-based clinic with manageable patient volume
• Call includes 1–4 phone consults and 1–4 patient visits per shift
• Coverage dates still open through June 2026

Procedures and Cases

• Hematology and Oncology management
• No admissions required
• No trauma-level designation

Requirements

• Board Certified in Oncology
• Active PA license or IMLC
• Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology

Credentialing Requirements

• Provider must already be credentialed with the facility
• Temporary privileges available if needed
