We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to provide sporadic vacation coverage in 2025 for a hospital in Missouri. This is an ongoing need with 24-hour call shifts (7a–7a) and a 1:2 call ratio.

### Opportunity Highlights:

  • Setting: Inpatient
  • Start Date: July 2025
  • Licensure: Missouri license required
  • Call Requirements: 30-minute response time
  • Volume: ~10 patients/shift, ~5 phone consults, ~4 callbacks/admissions
  • Support: 2 RNs on staff
  • Procedures: General orthopedic surgery
  • EMR: Cerner

### Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Active ACLS and BLS
  • Minimum 24 months of experience
